School trip: Marrakech
In 2019, when I was 9 years old, my French School announced a trip to Marrakech and also said, the 5 fastest people will be guaranteed permission to go on the trip. I was very excited because I was known for being the fastest in my class! 2 days later, after the school announced about the trip, each class took a test, to see who’s the fastest. When my turn came. I started running so fast that the teacher’s eyes were wide open! He was amazed, thinking about a 9-year-old running this fast?! Anyways, after the director announced to me (about the trip) I was very happy that I immediately started packing my clothes! We were told that the flight will take off at 2am, so we all met at 1am at the airport. Unfortunately, we couldn’t bring our phones, they said, but I did not have one when I was 9, so it was nothing to me. In the airport, we were guided by the teacher, took our tickets, passport, etc… Thankfully, we had permission to bring food, I brought a hamburger and a banana, we also shared our food for fun! When the time reached 1:55 am, we went to the waiting line where they checked our passports and then we went inside the plane and we were the only passengers there! We were a bit crazy playing around, but that didn’t last for long, until the maid told us to stop. After we arrived, I took my first step in Marrakech. It was very hot there, and I loved it. Me and my group went to a 4-star hotel and we also went 2 times in a special marathon! Sadly, we only stood there for 2 days, but I really enjoyed it and learned a lot of new things there! We also swam there which is also something I really enjoyed.
