EVENT DESCRIPTION
The British Language Centre of Marrakech organised a Spelling Bee event, which turned out to be a thrilling competition from start to finish. The event was held in a spacious hall, which was decorated with colourful banners and posters. The students who participated in the event were from different age groups and had spent weeks preparing for the big day.As the event kicked off, the atmosphere was electric, with students and parents alike brimming with excitement. The competition was divided into different rounds, each one presenting a new set of words that the students had to spell correctly. The words were carefully selected by the organisers and ranged from easy to challenging.The students who participated in the Spelling Bee were outstanding, displaying a remarkable level of spelling expertise. Some words were familiar, such as “family” and “happiness,” while others seemed almost impossible to spell. Nevertheless, the students remained focused and confident, taking their turn at the microphone to hear the word they would have to spell.Throughout the event, the audience were impressed by the performance of students’ and their spelling skills. The event was tense, and each round became more challenging. However, the students did not lose heart, and their determination to succeed only grew stronger with each passing round.At the end of the event, the jury members announced the winners, who were greeted with thunderous applause from the audience. All the participants received certificates of participation. Congratulations to all our participants!
